Re-reading your OP, yes, Sunday after Thanksgiving is quite a not so good, fairly awful, less than positive travel day of the year. My advice still applies in terms of getting as much data as possible for BWI departures for F9 and DL since those will be the folks she'll be combating for security line time.

If you think Premier Access will help and can afford it, go for it.
