Hi guys, i have quite a complicated situation, I made a reservation for December last month and the weekly rental was around $470 all in. I also received a confirmation e-mail stating all the breakdown and the final price. However, today when i logged in national website to view my booking, it showed $1000+ . It was shocking. Not sure why this happens? I have called CS few times and their reply was always the same : Oh we are not able to pull up your reservation. Have anybody experienced this before? Luckily i caught it before hand and not last min before arriving. Would printing out the e-mail confirmation help when i reach the location? The location is LAX. Hope they can honor the rate that was booked previously.
