UA52 11/6/21

UA52 - IAD-ZRH (Nov. 6, 2021) Asian Short Rib with Rice and Veg. Rice was really unnecessarily salty. Short rib was tender and sauce was delicious. Salad as nice and fresh. So glad they aren't using balsamic vinaigrette anymore. Other choices were salmon or pasta.

UA52 IAD-ZRH (Nov. 6, 2021) Egg white bites with sausage and potatoes. Surprisingly good and hearty breakfast before landing on a TATL flight. Other choice was oatmeal.

UA181 - FRA-DEN (Nov 14, 2021) Short rib again with five spice sauce. Rice was unnecessarily salty again. Beef was a little drier (probably because it isn't American). I liked the sauce a lot. Salad was fresh. Ice cream was great. Can't remember the other choices.

UA181 - FRA-DEN (Nov 14, 2021) Beef Wellington. It was fine. Fruit was fresh. Other choice was couscous with roasted vegetables.
