The number one thing I would change with the Hyatt account page is to make a proper activity page that resembles a bank account statement. Each and every transaction would be dated. I hate that if I cancel a points reservation, for example, the original points deduction disappears from the past activity, which could have been months prior. I know I've had points disappear in the past and managed to have Hyatt correct it. Since then, I keep my own ledger in Excel and periodically take screenshots of my account profile pages.
