They cancelled your reservations you saw the points balance including them being cancelled. (Thinking you had more due to them being cancelled).
Then when they were rebooked the 24k points were deducted.
With this scenario it would show those same reservations under past activity only it would show them deducted today.
Happened to me which is why I mention it.
Thanks but not sure I understand. My points balance remained the same for several weeks (no new stays, activity, etc). When the reservations were made months ago, the # of points were deducted at that time. Also, I don't have a 24k point reservation. The
"Confirming your points activity/Points have been deducted" emails that I received (still don't understand why I received them) pertain to 72k and 100k point bookings.
