It is not possible on the Swiss website. You either need to call LX, or wait until the online check-in window opens. At that time, adding an FFP number as part of the check-in flow is easy.
Just my thoughts:

I've never had experience with this on LX but did run into a similar issue on LH. I had one FFP entered but wanted to change to a different one, lh.com didn't let me but I went to the Austrian Airlines website and managed to change it there despite having no OS flights in my booking.
