Sounds like you will need to call customer services to get your account unlocked. They will ask you to email them a copy of your passport or drivers licence to confirm its you and also ask you to reset your password.
Do you by any chance use Award Wallet? That was what was causing my account to lock as the Accor system was thinking it was a suspicious login
