This sounds like a pain. I have noticed a points balance showing on emails I receive from WOH (either promos or reminders, etc) so that might be able to give you some evidence, although those numbers are often outdated.
That's correct. My balance is 24k less than it was yesterday (I'm certain of this and have a screenshot from last week with the 24k), and there isn't an 24k activity.
Perhaps it's a coincidence and/or associated with the missing 24k, but I did received several "Confirming your points activity/Points have been deducted" emails within the last few days. What's odd is that these activities were booked (with points removed) months ago but it shows up as a recent activity.
