When you see the enrollment activity date changing it means you're a few days away from being approved or denied. When you receive the eligibility determined notice you're probably about 24-hours away from having a valid KTN. My enrollment activity date did not change until roughly 60 days had passed but my KTN was ready to go a few days after that. Hopefully no major problems during holiday travel.
