I've stayed here a few times for work, and I agree, it's a decent hotel. I've had some minor issues with the service, but I still prefer it to the alternatives in the area.

Not super close, but I recently stayed in the new Centric on 39th to try as an alternative and was pretty disappointed. Whenever anyone else opens/closes their door it's surprisingly loud in your room. It woke me up several times at night and the morning. I'm planning to try the new Hyatt Place that's closer later this year.
