Yeah, Hyatt does not work that way. But AFAIK points don’t just disappear with Hyatt they always always always have to be linked to a transaction which would show up in “Past Activity”.
I’ve had several times where either MHC mistakenly booked a GOH booking from my points when working with another Globalist, a stay was repriced in error, or other issues. All of which showed up in “Past Activity”.
