I have received an email from TK about a slight schedule change, and in the email I was able to verify my name and ticket number that UA provided, however I didn't enter my SO contact info so she has not been receiving updates, so I'm not sure if there is an error with her name or ticket? Or if simply the app workaround no longer works?
I see! I had a similar issue! After my schedule change (5-10min)my ticket was reissued by UA, changing the ticket number. It took me a while to realize this, leading to lots of mistakes at TK website. In case this happened to you (as it sounds) you may need to: check your email boxes or the UA website with PNR UA provided to recheck the ticket number (starting with 016, but works with TK app).
