But either way, I would appreciate if you sourced your claims especially when googling it can disprove it. I'm pretty sure we asked you to do this in the past for other posts in the past too.

The UAE has VERY actively managed their money and is clearly very interested in investing into tech. So they are putting money into the same types of funds (and oftentimes the same funds) that all institutional money is investing in.
