So much for the story I was told about Turkish not being able to see DOH-YOW as a valid city pair.

Back on the phone with a new agent now.

This is a really frustrating way to do business.





EDIT: Yeah, they've re-ticketed this to the desired DOH-IST-ZRH-YYZ-YOW and it didn't even sound difficult.

AND IT SOMEHOW COSTS LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL ROUTING IN THE SAME FRIGGING FARE CLASS.

Mods, could you please rename this thread to something like "The HUCA Thread: When Agents Are Just Plain Wrong", or just delete it altogether.
