I know this is an old thread, but one I found with a similar issue. I just made some reservations using a future travel credit for both my husband and myself (I think that's the source of the problem, one dollar amount for both of us). MY middle name has appeared on both tickets, a no doubt female name. I didn't want to wait on hold so messaged Delta. They had me waiting so long I had to leave.

Is it a big deal if my ticket is Mary Jane Smith and my husband's ticket is Mark Jane Smith? (names changed to protect the clueless).
