First time poster here - I transferred miles from my Amex (102K) to ANA and booked a RT flight to BKK for March of 2022. On my way there, I have a long layover at Haneda, overnight it looks like. I land on Sunday at 3:30pm, and leave the next morning at 11am. All flights from HOU (and just about everywhere else I looked in North America) to BKK included this weird layover.

I've read a lot about the covid protocol and am just really confused - will I need to sleep in the airport since I'm not allowed to leave without a 14-day quarantine? The flight times seem to be designed this way to ensure that we have enough time to do a covid test and get the result, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do overnight in the Haneda airport. Any tips greatly appreciated!
