I've found that messaging the hotel in the app works great when the F&B credit isn't applied. Seeing the hotel can handle posting charges to the room that happens the day of check out they should have no issues applying the credit either.
Exactly, if they can add breakfast on day of check out plus tips to the folio, why can't they add the credit?
