My business partner recently got conditionally approved after a few appeals.
Originally he had NEXUS, but he got rejected at his renewal a while ago due to medical marijuana use.
He hasn't used the medical marijuana for a long time and hasn't seen his doctor for it anymore (his license expired already), so he appealed and got conditionally approved finally.
There are two options, in-person or Zoom remote interview.
He prefers in-person interview to remote interview just in case.
