You can probably already see them if you download the Delta App to your phone. If there is no availability before the flight for paid upgrades, I've gotten offers upon check-in via the phone app and at the check-in kiosks at the airport. All of this of course depends your Delta Medallion status, time and day of travel and the routing...YMMV...Good Luck...
