They'll apparently be filling the locations of the Teppanyaki Grill, Japanese restaurant Kakou, and Sushi Miyako, and providing similar services at each. Nice to see some of the dead space getting some use again, albeit in an uninspiring manner.
An interesting development, taking over all 3 outlets. I notice that it is a "soft opening" on Nov 24, with the "grand opening" not until Jan 14. Maybe only using everything mostly as is and then doing a bit of remodeling after New Years? Or simply taking time to recruit and train staff?
