The Japanese restaurant chain Nadaman will begin operating within the Hyatt Regency Tokyo starting next Wednesday.

They'll apparently be filling the locations of the Teppanyaki Grill, Japanese restaurant Kakou, and Sushi Miyako, and providing similar services at each. Nice to see some of the dead space getting some use again, albeit in an uninspiring manner.
