Awaiting me on my seat to/from EWR-JNB few weeks ago: duvet, gel pillow, larger pillow, and amenity kit. Slippers were already on the 1A footwell (I liked the seat) and they came around w/ PJ's during the boarding process. I'll try and post a pic but I've never done so on this site.
