GS on first leg of a front of the cabin flight to Brazil this evening (SNA-IAH) and I’m glad to report a (super) positive engagement w/ United FA on this topic. After a few glasses of red wine (poured from a real bottle no less!) the FA asked me if i wanted another refresh. Since it would be rude to say no, I agreed and she took my glass to the galley only to return with a small pour and a full bottle in her other hand. She asked if I wanted her to open another bottle (we were 45 minutes from landing into IAH), I agreed it would be a good idea and she filled my glass (again). Five minutes later she returned with a plate full of glasses for the rest of the cabin to share, it was a fine moment and not a single glass went to waste!
