After reading everyones posts here and numerous tries to reach AA by phone and callback none of which worked the latest attempt being a 3 hour hold I just canceled online. It is for an international flight. For those still dealing with AA know if you choose the callback option the callback is only done by a domestic agent. They then have to transfer you to international and the circle begins again.
