Have others developed sensitive sinus's from extended travel, or is it just me?

That just happened to me on a flight to LGW last Thursday. Luckily, the woman behind me waited until an hour before landing to dump about a gallon of perfume all over her. She used so much that my chair stank of it...I thought I was going to be sick.
