So like to comment on this. So this was an international flight as I mentioned. But not only that, this was probably the most passengers I ever seen waiting. Then I saw that the airplane for this flight was one of those bigger delta planes. Thus the ones where there are few seats on each side and seats in the middle etc. So that means most likely some people took the credit then right before the flight?


But in general, is what they tell you on the phone what you would get? Again when they contacted me, they said they are offering a 300 dollar delta transportation voucher for future travel delta or 30,000 delta skymiles and if you want to reschedule, call them. I thought wow because if I could reschedule it for the next day on the same flight on the same schedule, that would seem like a good idea. Would most of you agree on this? But the issue here is you have to pay for another day of stay at a hotel.


But in general is what they give you on your next flight going to be a one stop flight instead etc? They told me on the voicemail there are other flights I could take on the same day but issue is it would stop at another state before going to my state so thus this trip would take a lot longer. So instead of a few hour flight, it would take probably double the time at least. But anyone here done it and is it worth it? I think it would only be worth it if your extra hotel stay isn't that much. Thoughts on people who done this for the voucher?
