Able to access with a guest flying United basic economy domestic as a UA *G. Boarding pass scanner wasn't working well. Had to scan virtual UA *G card and then boarding passes but a bunch of manual entries on the screen.
Did you notice any issues with customer hygiene - using hands/fingers, repeated use of dirty plates etc?
The very first time I was in the lounge after it opened recently, I had management threaten a family with removal unless they stopped using their hands and agreed to wear masks while at the buffet. I am just astonished that over a year into this catastrophe, people are still that stupid. I think the staff here are pretty proactive about enforcing hygiene if they see something, or they are told about bad behavior.
