As I wrote in another thread, right now in a radius of 60 km around where I live, for Christmas market: 1 is closed, 2 are without any restrictions, 2 are for vaccinated only, 2 are for vaccinated or tested. Some with masks, some without. A lot of places are moving to a system for vaccinated only, but again this is State/City dependent. So where you plan to go matters a lot.
December I expect things to be way worse than now.
