Am I using the right tool? I went to this site https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/schedulerui/...cation?vo=true as shown in the wiki IIRC

and for soonest available for 3+ people (we need 4 ), nothing shows in the entire northeast and I *just* looked.
Don't use the "soonest available" feature. Check by location:
