Visa just worked for me. FYI, some combinations of Biller + Account seem to get blocked by CFP. Not sure if it's done at behest of the card company, or CFP messes up. That's probably what's causing your problems. I haven't seen any account get un-blocked yet but it may after a while. My advice is to try and pay same card via MG or WU. Those work more reliably.
