despite its size and international reputation, Frankfurt airport may be quite chaotic.

Based on the provided information, you will be allowed to enter Germany.
In addition to that, please mind your layover.
If it's an overnight layover you might find yourself in the unpleasant situation when the lounge is closing at 21:30 or something.

Useful tip:
Frankfurt is a chaotic airport as any other huge airport. Rules are not uniformly enforced.
If you find yourself denied entry, just move back, switch terminals (from A to B or C) and try again another agent.
You might be very surprised to find out that it may very well be a different outcome.
I live in FRA and I had multiple situations where I got very different responses from the airport personnel.

Unless there is something very wrong with your passport or have no covid pass, you will be allowed to enter.
And yes, you are able to do such thing, switch terminals without exiting airport.
Once you find yourself in the arrivals, all you have to do is to go through security again and use departure lanes.

However, please note, once outside terminal, you may be denied re-entering until your flight is closing in (e.g. 3-4h, no earlier).

p.s.: I always take a antigen test before take off and after landing.
During the past 3 months, when vaccination become ominous, I was no longer asked for, but I use one anyway.
If I were you, I would also take a test, just in case.

Good luck!
