In short, your spouse doesn't need to be listed on the rental agreement because as a Hertz Gold Rewards member, your spouse is always an automatic authorized driver regardless. It has nothing to do with which CDP you use (in this case).
Is this rule still the same? Travelling to the USA shortly and my wife needs to drive the car too.
