You don't have enough.

Even in the old days (i.e. when dynamic award pricing is not a thing yet), UA's NA-Europe award costs 30k each way or 120k for 2 persons roundtrip. With the current pricing structure, a fair guess would be 120k-150k for 2 persons.

Regardless how flexible you are, you attempt to book for a "traditional" travel peak season. So I would say it is acceptable, unless COVID will further impact next year.

Just because a flight is available for sale, it does not necessarily mean it is available for award (unlike WN, miles are not equivalent to cash).

The good thing is you can book this with UR Travel, which will convert your UR to cash. The bad thing is it is not necessary the best use of UR.

BTW - Rome is known as FCO, its airport code.
