Essentially you only need a PCR if your end location does assuming you stay airside. The UK does not need a PCR for entry any more so as long as you have a Passanger Locater Form and your day 2 test booked (assuming fully vaxd) you should be fine. This also makes assumption each flight is booked direct ie AKL to MAN with a change of flights in DXB as oppose to seperate flights
