The UK does not need a PCR for entry any more so as long as you have a Passanger Locater Form and your day 2 test booked (assuming fully vaxd) you should be fine. This also makes assumption each flight is booked direct ie AKL to MAN with a change of flights in DXB as oppose to seperate flights
OP asks about the intermediate stop of EK448/EK449 at Kuala Lumpur. It is quite confusing as for some of those direct flights with a stopover require passengers to disembark and reboard at the intermediate stop, such as SQ's Singapore -
Copenhagen - Rome flight and Qatar's Auckland - Brisbane - Doha, which Qatar Airways' booking website specifically mentions passengers have to follow Australian's transit rule.
