The validity of TK issued tickets are until 31 May 2022 or one year after purchase ( whichever comes later ).
You would not be able to extend the validity of your ticket unless TK extends their COVID goodwill gesture.

Yes, you definitely could change the date and the route after 31 Dec 2021 beyond the validity of the original ticket, however, you would not be able to change the names of the passengers. Also the change fee would be collected in each attempt per person if you are trying to rebook for a date beyond 31 May 2021.
