We are here talking about an IAG sister airline. So the BA offering proves that it either doesn’t care about Business Class pax, that its chefs were carefully selected from Weatherspoon or it doesn’t have a clue about quality gastronome (or all of the above)…
I agree. I fly BA and Iberia on my route consistently, and IMO the food, and especially the wines, are way better on Iberia than on BA. Iberia silver serves the nuts and olives, free-pours spirits, dessert wines, and the quality of the wine is excellent. I've never understood why there is such a big difference between the products.
