Has anybody used Opentable dining rewards recently? I think this was my first time that I used it since they change it to more complicated way to use this certificate.



I chose 5,000 points to spend at their participating restaurants. I booked one through Opentable that showed $50 reward sign, so I got a digital $50 prepaid card. The restaurant told me they were not participating this program when I showed the $50 card……



It’s pretty frustrating and I’m not sure if this is something frequently happen… Not seems like this $50 cert is trash
