If they’ve cancelled your flight, they should offer alternative solutions, including Qatar. We had this earlier this year when they cancelled our BKK and they popped us onto Qatar without hesitation although we then had to cancel anyway after the country closed. I haven’t bothered to call them re our cancelled DEL flight on Dec 23 as there’s no point until we know the visa situation which will be announced on Monday hopefully but if the visa isn’t an issue for you, just call them with details of the flights you want and see what they say.
