I think it's important to distinguish here between the IB products. Whilst I can believe they are bloody awful in Club and Economy for Shorthaul, and they are bloody awful on the ground, I've heard many positive experiences about IB in J longhaul.....I had the benefit of experiencing IB J to MEX last year, and I'd give it 7/10.....If you are going to south / central america in J, they are a good choice.....£1,500 - £2,000 return, 320 points. Also, you get a choice of BA Metal to MAD.....I'd happily swap my flat bed for IB to save the company a thousand quid (or more) and get the extra 80 points.
