Got the "need more time to review" message today and status line says "approximately two weeks." Is that still considered a good sign or do all apps initially yield the "two weeks" message?

I'm a current Chase customer. I'm 0/24 but approaching (within ~$20,000) Chase's rumored ~50% of income limit with my existing Chase CL. Thanks.
