MCT is 90 minutes from T5 to T2. So the agent was correct since you're on 1 hr 25 minutes, but it's not 2 hours.

Ask the agent to endorse to LNER. They should have access to LNER guidelines for this. Must be LNER operated however, not the other operators. So QQK to DAR or NCL.
