I honestly don't think it means good or bad. We've applied for 3 cards in the last 4 months and the first two (an Ink Pref and a Sapphire Pref) both got this message and when I finally got impatient enough to call in, was told they were each approved in about 2 days. However, SO's app for a biz card referred from me did the same thing, but when I called they said they needed more info. Haven't had one be a denial with that message, though.
