My point is that if people want to blindly through cash down, they can, if they don't want to tip, don't. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter beyond personal belief. These folks are professionals, are compensated well enough through whatever means that they like the job, and will provide services guests ask for without needing to have a $5 bill waved in front of them.
