Thanks. Sounds like the Park Hyatt is a great Maldivian (if that’s a word) resort but not a particularly luxurious one. For this trip, it is not a good fit. It would have been nice to essentially cut the lifetime Globalist requirement in half in less than a week but this is not worth compromising the trip for my friends and family IMO. I will probably visit the PH during my next trip to the Maldives to burn some Hyatt points, especially if the Presidential Villa is not pricing at absurd JJAE levels.

Will have to do a pure points Maldives trip eventually to try the Ritz, WA, PH, and (hopefully) the Alila. For this trip, I guess Im confined to mostly cash resorts + the STR.
