What are the rules on free booze (beer and wine) in domestic Comfort+ and domestic First? Are there some exclusions based on flight length/flight duration/time of day?

I'm not asking because I plan to drink on every upcoming flight. It's just that in the Delta app, I have some drink vouchers left. And I might not need them because I will be in Comfort+ or domestic F on all my upcoming DL flights until the end of January 2022...

And, are the vouchers transferable so I can gift them to other forum users?
Domestic F and Domestic D1
Pre (and hopefully post Covid) F received pre departure drink service on all flights, assuming there was time. Domestic D1 did the OJ/bubbles/water tray thing, but you could order whatever you wanted. Then in the air there was a drink service on basically all flights. No time of day restrictions, but maybe there was a weird city restriction with local laws that governed here or there. During covid, no predeparture drinks (though I've seen it happen once) and then drink service in the air on all flight lengths.

Domestic C+
No pre-departure drink service. There's not a time of day limiter on drinks, but short flights under 251 do not receive free alcohol in C+, 251-500 gets beer and wine, and >500 gets beer wine and liquor. That said, I'm not sure I recall that I've ever been told the flight was too short for a cocktail, but I'm also not sure I've asked.
