Just curious, what made you decide to stay at Saii over this Sheraton? I'm seeing equally negative reviews about that place as well and I was thinking that with having Marriott status and the Sheraton having free transfers we should just stay here but I was looking at the Saii as well.
I'm diamond with Hilton and Platinum with Marriott so status is pretty much the same for both.
It seems as though when Saii first opened they were getting a lot of bad reviews but that has significantly changed since and they are now getting a lot of good reviews from some travelers with plenty of TA reviews. Other than that, I used all of my Bonvoy points on a 10 night stay at St Regis and had two free nights for Hilton that are expiring next year so Saii made more sense for us.
