Just checked in for two nights as a staycation due to some water pipe maintenance. Judging from the other reviews, it appears that this property doesn't really hand out any upgrades to Platinum or higher members.

Booked a classic 1 King Bed and asked the FDA if there were any larger rooms/suites with a sofa bed. The next room with a sofa was a Deluxe one category up, and two more categories up was a Suite. Both options were shot down as the FDA noted they were "sold out" despite every room category being available on the app (and it's a random weekday). Oddly enough, the fact sheet for this hotel shows the property as having 12 suites and 4 Jr. suites but for room options there's only a single suite type available.

We also received a voucher for continental breakfast, but it wasn't really explained how it would work for two people. Guess I'll find out tomorrow.
