Well that probably helps. But I'm sure you know that is not the norm, as Marriott has officially ended personal ambassadors.

And I'm sorry, but service at StR Rome is objectively subpar for a 5*. We had a wonderful experience at Villa Spalletti the previous trip. It's in a completely different league in terms of service.
