Speculation on Domestic Widebodies

I really like the widebodies on domestic routes. Most of my travel is PHL-LAS but I have been known to go out of my way to get a widebody, most commonly flying PHL-LAX-LAS. This week I caught a B787 at 8:15PM on Sunday to get out here, and I'm booked on the same flight to go home Friday when it turns around to become a redeye. In 2021 I'm booking coach, although for the flight out here I was #1 on the upgrade list and did get upgraded. Next month I'm on that same westbound flight, but eastbound on Christmas Eve they're flying an A321.

Right now, in booking for early 2022, I don't see any widebodies. AA has operated widebodies sporadically on PHL-LAS-PHL and most of the time for the past few years there is a 4PM PHL-LAX flight that is widebody service, A332 pre-COVID and B787 sometimes but not regularly "post" COVID. They have also periodically had widebodies flying MIA-LAS. I rarely took those though because the fares could be very high.

We all know they monkey with schedules, and that there appears to be a pending increase in international travel. Does anyone have any speculation on whether/when/how they'll deploy widebodies on these domestic routes?
