The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were in refillable pump containers so I don't know the brand. Housekeeping refills the pumps but I was never around to see what the brand was. There are no plastic bottles or straws in the rooms. The containers are ceramic/glass so you do have to be mindful of not knocking them over or dropping them as they get slippery and will shatter.
